The Cavallaro group was founded by Carlo Cavallaro when he started exporting goat meat to Sicily, soon after Carlo travelled to Tamworth and purchased the then payless food store located at Robert St. The business now boast 17 independent supermarkets 12 liquor outlets 3 Mitre 10 business and 2 Fantastic furniture. The new venture of Carlo's Supabarn is looking to draw on the groups buying power and offer an independent family owned wholesale business which will focus on providing the best quality fresh produce.
